Very nice stay, as always. Peaceful hotel located not far from the pool/spa, Grand Rapids and Holland and Grandville. What a quiet and decent location to expressway! Amazing beds, central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. Amazing bathrooms with a bath.

The breakfast was good, with plenty of food. I had a recently refurbished and reasonably spacious room with a balcony. Nice towels plus the hot tubs were a nice touch. The location was peaceful and within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

The hotel provides modern and recently refurbished rooms. The staff are really helpful and super friendly, they answered every question I had. The breakfast offers a good choice of food. It is located in a quiet area, just a few steps away from Playworld Amusement Center.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for our needs and we were able to easily access the places we wanted to go. We also found the facility to be updated and well-maintained, which added to our overall positive experience. The pool and hot tub area was impressive, especially with the use of saline for purification instead of heavy chlorine. We appreciated the variety of amenities offered, such as the arcade and board games for kids. The room itself was average-sized, nicely decorated, and very clean. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but we noticed a wide selection of both hot and cold items available.

From the time we got there and the time we left everything was awesome!!! Staff was very friendly and the pool was great for my kids. We will stay here again.

I gotta say, we got a great deal for our money at this place. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and just the right size for our family. The location was perfect, with easy access to both Grand Rapids and Holland. And let me tell you, the staff made us feel like VIPs. Becca at the front desk was an absolute gem, going above and beyond to make our stay special.

Breakfast delights, they could definitely step up their game in that department.

Nice and clean, largebathrooms

I liked that my room was quiet,the balcony with the pool view and variety at breakfast.Friendly staff and comfortable room. Having fridge and microwave in the room was great.The water in the pool was clean and we like the pool table in the pool area as well.It was nice to have late check out so we could enjoy more the pool facility. Free WiFi and parking space.

The housekeeping almost enter in my room by mistake.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Grandville. The beautiful lobby with its Christmas tree and fireplace created a cozy and festive atmosphere. The front desk manager and her staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They even helped with heating food for my daughter's birthday party and stored our cake in their personal freezer. They truly made us feel welcome and valued.

There was a lot of partying happening during our stay, which made it difficult to enjoy certain areas of the hotel. There were loud and intoxicated parents openly drinking in the lobby, lounge, front desk, and pool area.
